  This low rate is only due to the delivery of parcels. Very lazy style during the lockdown.
  
  During the lockdown, we were working from home and delivery person did not knock or even approached our door and left the collection note in our letter box.
  
  The post office is nice and staff are helpful.

  Absolutely appalling! I was 2 months ago much happier with them but it all changed yesterday when I had an inexcusably bad experience with the counter staff. The first sales clerk was too sombre & did not bothe to wish me a Merry Christmas whilst the second one wished everybody else a Merry Christmas but when it came to me, she was reluctant to do so (I could tell at the concluding stages of the conversation as she kind of trailed off and left an awkward silence there) at which point I had to then take the initiative and even then she strangely was not impressed which I naturally took as an obvious inability on her part to graciously accept from me the same greeting she herself had been so happily extending to everyone else who came by her counter for sales & service. I have avowed never to go back to this post office again and althoigh I live locally, I will happily go elsewhere to do my postal stuff in future. Such a shame though that the customer service at Mooroolbark is dreadfully inconsistent.

  Was served at post office by a Lisa, didn’t seem to know what she was doing wasted a lot of my time and just didn’t seem to care. Poor service Lisa

  Someone or multiple people working at the mooroolbark sorting centre are stealing parcels and the Post Office is lying to customers saying that their parcels are lost. I will be contacting my solicitor, police, media and an ombudsman

  I went in to deposit some money from my sons money box. Yes it was small denominations but all bagged individually n pre counted. My teller (sheila) advised they didn't have a coin counter then asked a colleague (not sure her name -never saw her face!) who was on the computer at time how much coins they could take. She replied not looking pur way once. When i asked a question to the teller at the computer she answered still not even looking at me once. Telling me they dont take it n id have to go to a bank. This is fine i dont mind going to a bank. However, it was the way she spoke to me in a i cbf with u tone n not even acknowledging me which annoyed me. Yes it was a friday at 4.30pm week after new years break no one wants to be at work but lady if u didn't have customers u wouldnt have work n with ur attitude not sure u should be in cust service.
